Wedding Love, No. 13

Winter is really kicking in here in New Zealand and as much as I hate the cold I'm trying to look for the good in this chilly season. Coffee dates with friends, winter coats, cuddling with the neighbourhood cat and LOTS of blankets are keeping me going so far. Also I'm quite excited for the Auckland Festival of Photography in June, there are some amazing exhibitions and events going on so make sure you check it out! Also Auckland is getting an outdoor ice rink! Oh we just keep getting cooler, I can't wait to go for a skate!

NZ Fashion Festival 2012- Tuesday Collection

Happy Sunday! Hope you have all had a fabulous week. Mine has been busy, inspiring, exciting and with a touch of procrastination on the side! Do all creative people/people in general suffer from procrastination? There are just so many distractions around, sometimes it is very hard to focus. I stumbled across this video again yesterday, maybe I'll have to resort to these desperate measures! This site caught my eye this week with it's scrummy wander-lusting photos and stories of enviable adventures. Young photographer Nirrimi Firebrace is a true talent. Can't resist a bit of wedding prettiness and this wedding blog by blogger/designer Tabitha Emma is a treat. Oh and I got this very exciting present from my lovely flatmates yesterday. Can't wait to fill it up!

I have some more runway goodness for you from NZ Fashion Festival's Tuesday Night Collection Show. This night was an interesting assortment of designers including: Marilyn Seyb, Who's Henri (By Postie), Farmers Designer Brands, Annah Stretton, Whiri, Lennox, Nom*D and World. Also, first down the runway was one of my favourite designers from the week A La Robe who specialize in bridal attire. Along with my new friend Patty we had a sneaky look backstage before the show and this is what we saw...
